Over the last 10 years, the TERATEC Forum has become the unveiler of the latest trends in HPC, Big Data and Simulation in all their aspects. For its 11th edition, on 28 and 29 June in Palaiseau, the TERATEC Forum brings together all players in the HPC & Big Data community, proposing this year again a rich program:

• The Plenary sessions of Tuesday, June 28 will be dedicated to technological challenges and to the diverse uses of simulation and Big Data. This first day will feature the description of the most recent developments by the industry and the presentation of examples of uses of new innovative technologies by users in different fields.
• On Wednesday, June 29, technical workshops, coordinated by leading market players and acknowledged experts, will focus on emerging technologies (Virtualization – Tools and algorithms for Big Data applications – Specialized computing architectures – HPC Technologies & Internet of Things) and new application areas (Big Data & Agriculture – Visualization & Multimedia – HPC & Materials –  Digital simulation & Healthcare) for high-performance computing, simulation and Big Data.
• On June 28 & 29, an exhibition will showcase the High Performance Computing and Big Data industry across the entire value chain. Systems manufacturers and software vendors, integrators and distributors, service providers, academic and laboratory researchers, public and private sector developers will present their latest HPC innovations.
• Second edition of the Digital Simulation Awards: Six awards will be given in recognition of outstanding accomplishments in digital simulation, HPC and big data analytics: Start Up – SMEs – Collaboration between large company and SMEs – Innovation – Personality of the Year in Simulation and Jury Prize

The TERATEC Forum is on the road to its 11th edition. Today, HPC and Big Data have gained an important place in thestrategy of any company. We will talk about convergencebetween HPC and Big Data (HPDA), Deep Learning, … These are the latest most popular trends that we will see, among others, during the two days of the Forum.
