Bright Computing, the leading provider of hardware-agnostic cluster and cloud management software, today announced that Bright Computing’s UK, Benelux and Nordics Director, Mark Sargeant has been invited to present at Adopting OpenStack for Business Summit, to be held in London, December 2nd, 2015.

With a growing amount of corporate interest in OpenStack, the Adopting OpenStack for Business Summit will address the requirement from enterprise organisations for open technology within a fast growing cloud world.

Mark’s presentation, entitled Cluster as a Service: Unlocking the Cloud, will discuss how OpenStack can be harnessed to make a company more agile and responsive. Mark will explain how organisations have the power to build their own private clouds, in minutes, and manage both their virtual estate as well as the physical hardware underneath – all from a single pane of glass. Mark will also discuss how each user is able to operate their own environment with full control and direct access to their local environment, and how capacity can be increased with local resources when available, or by extending into a (remote) public or private cloud if not.

Mark Sargeant’s session will take place on Wednesday, December 2nd, at 12 noon.

This presentation continues Bright Computing’s momentum in the OpenStack arena, having released a new OpenStack distribution and unveiling its latest product, Bright OpenStack at the OpenStack Summit in Vancouver, earlier this year.

Bright Computing has also issued a number of videos regarding its OpenStack offering:
